Offer - to audit or not?

How do you decide if the JV audit will pay back? It's even more important while pressure on discretionary spending is rising. We are currently offering a remote review of your JOA  Accounting Procedure and JIB to help you assess the cost effectiveness of an audit, and at the same time providing suggestions for the improvement of the Accounting Procedure. The remote review fee would be offset against the full cost of any future audit.
